Extension- January 2020 in progress
We have removed the existing conservatory and created a raft foundation. The extension will feature a sky pod lantern located within the roof together with 7 metre bifold doors opening on to a patio area
Traditional Cut Roof
We removed the existing sloped tiled roof to create a big dormer room with a tiled roof finished with a lead stepped gutter. A velux window was installed to allow light in to the dormer. This was to gain a large en-suite to existing loft aperture.
Stairs
- Revamp and modernising existing stairs to include replacement spindles and newel posts
- Clad strings to create an image of an oak faced facade
- Creation of under stairs pull out units for storage of shoes, coats and bags
